There's tons of speculation, and while while some guesses have a valid base, others don't match up with what the Bible has to say. Here's a listing of the different characteristics of the Antichrist mentioned in the Bible along with their references. That way you can judge if Bill Gates, or the Pope or whoever is a likely candidate. It's good to stay on the look out for these things. Jesus said to watch and look for the signs.
